Room 211
Spacious at 180 sq ft, suitable for 2–3 people. Available from 1 March 2025. Rent: £611/month, with internal repairing and insuring services included lombardhouse.com.
Room 212
Professional and compact at 165 sq ft, comfortable for 2–3 individuals. Also available from 1 March 2025, at £575/month using the same terms of services mentioned in above website.
Both rooms require signed agreements and deposit payments 14 days before move-in.

In order to make renting easy, Lombard House takes care of the building's external maintenance, communal area cleaning, utilities (electricity, heating, water/drainage), building insurance and even includes professional-level liability coverage.
