Currently home to Clipper Canvas, the room has been thoughtfully designed as a calm, creative one-to-one environment, away from the noise and distractions of a traditional busy salon.

The space is particularly suited to someone who values a relaxed atmosphere, independence and the freedom to work without sharing a busy salon floor.

Hairdressing and barbering facilities are already in place. Tattoo artists and beauty professionals would need to provide their own specialist equipment, including a portable treatment bed or tattoo bench where required.

Rental options

£100 per full day (fixed day rate, not hourly rental)
One or more regular days per week available
Flexible arrangements can be discussed
Ideal for self-employed professionals with their own clientele
Rental days are agreed in advance, with a fixed daily charge regardless of how many hours the space is used.
