I have desk and office space available in the Ropewalks area of Liverpool city centre. If you do not know the area, Ropewalks is the old merchant quarter — now full of independents, coffee shops, and creative businesses. Bold Street is a minute away.
The space is on Wood Street, on the first floor of a converted warehouse. There is a private lockable office (fits two comfortably), a couple of co-working desks, and a meeting room you can book by the hour. Everything is furnished — desks, good chairs, fast WiFi — and the kitchen and lounge are shared. It is not some soulless corporate block. It is warm, characterful, and affordable.
I have had therapists, freelancers, and small teams working here over the past year. It suits anyone who needs a professional space without committing to a long lease. You can come in on the days you need and not pay for the ones you do not.
Desks are £20 an hour, the private office is £25, and a full day runs about £100-125 depending on which space you want. All bills and internet are included. If you want a regular weekly slot we can sort out a monthly rate that works for both of us.
