You will have your own dedicated workspace with round-the-clock access.

Option 1
Exclusive use of the entire beauty room from Monday to Thursday with 24/7 access. No other beauticians will use the room during these four days. A beauty bed and professional lighting lamp are provided.
Rent: £500 per calendar month

Option 2
Set up your own beauty bed and equipment on the opposite side of the room and use your dedicated space 7 days a week with 24/7 access. Your area will be exclusively yours and will not be used by anyone else. The room will be shared with another beauty professional.
Rent: £500 per calendar month

The beauty room is licensed by Manchester City Council for permanent makeup treatments and can also be licensed for a variety of other beauty services if required.

Facilities include:

Wash basin with constant hot and cold water
Hand towel unit
Air conditioning and heating
Toilet facilities

All bills are included in the rent:
