Brixton Village is one of South London's busiest footfall spots — the market draws a constant crowd, and there's a built-in audience of regulars who live and work in the area. The arch is shared with two other beauty professionals (a lash tech and a makeup artist), so there's a steady stream of crossover clients.

Rent includes WiFi, electricity, heating, and use of the shared kitchenette and loo. You bring your own products and tools. Available Tuesday to Saturday — full-time preferred but part-time considered.
