We have office space available on the top two floors of our Georgian building on Shandwick Place. The rooms look out over the West End rooftops — proper windows, lots of natural light, the kind of workspace that makes you actually want to come in.
There are private offices for one to six people, all fully furnished and ready to go. Desks, chairs, storage — everything is here. You get your own key, 24/7 access, and we have a meeting room with AV kit you can book when you need it. There is a shared kitchen and a waiting area for clients, and someone on reception during business hours to handle post and greet visitors.
The building is two minutes from Haymarket Station. The tram stops practically outside and there is NCP parking around the corner. Several of our tenants come in from the financial district and love how quick the walk is.
We charge £25 an hour for the smaller offices or £125 for a full day, and we do monthly terms so nobody gets stuck in something that does not work for them. Bills, WiFi, and cleaning are included.
We have a mix of people here — accountants, therapists, a graphic designer — and it is a friendly, low-key professional building. Give us a call if you would like to come and have a look around.
