You get your own key, so you set your own opening hours and you can work weekends if that suits. Nothing goes through the salon till and there is no commission, so whatever your clients pay you, you keep. You are self-employed and the clientele is your own, so your prices are yours to set.

The weekly rent covers towels, capes, waste disposal, water, heating, electricity and council tax. Bring your own products, tools and equipment, and there is a cabinet and trolley for storage. Five days a week works out at £45 a day. One month's notice if you decide it is time to move on.
