Description
Ground-floor creative studio in a converted warehouse off Great Eastern Street. Exposed brick, high ceilings, and blackout blinds on every window — set up for recording from day one.
What's already here: acoustic panels on two walls, four microphone inputs routed through a Focusrite interface, monitor speakers, and a small mixing desk. The room seats 4-5 comfortably for roundtable discussions. Bring your own laptop and you're ready to record.
The space works for more than just podcasting — content creators use it for product photography (the natural light from the skylight is brilliant mid-morning), small workshops, and client presentations.
Shared kitchen and loo down the hall. The building has a handful of other creative businesses — designers, an illustrator, a small fashion label — so the energy is good.
Available by the half-day or full day. Evenings and weekends book up fast. Message for a rate card.
