Description
We are a small beauty studio in Manchester's Northern Quarter and we have a suite available for a self-employed therapist. If you do nails, lashes, brows, massage, or holistic treatments — this could work well.
The suite has its own treatment bed, a sink, storage cabinets, and adjustable lighting. It is fully lockable and you control your own diary. We handle the bookings through our reception so clients can call us or book you directly online — whichever you prefer.
The Northern Quarter is brilliant at the moment — busy during the day with office workers, and the weekend crowd from the vintage shops and cafes. Lots of walk-in potential if you put your sign out. Several good car parks within walking distance and Piccadilly Station is ten minutes away.
We charge £18 an hour or £80 for a full day, and we are open to chatting about a percentage split if that suits you better. The room is available from the beginning of next month.
