The big room above the opticians at Harland Works, Sheffield

The last room I rented was a box with a desk in it, so when I set this one up I went the other way. It is the big room above the opticians at Harland Works, with its own door straight off John Street, and it runs the length of the building. Two sofas, a large making table, and a corner with an armchair and a lamp that everyone ends up in. There is floor space for massage, art or movement work, and the mood lighting can be soft or left alone, depending on what you are doing. A small kitchen and a toilet come with the hire, and on-street parking runs at about a pound an hour. I let it on Mondays only, 6am to 10pm, at £45 a day on a three or six month contract, or £60 for a one-off day.
