Twenty therapy rooms to rent in Hackney E8, in the Mare Street wing of St Joseph’s Hospice, two minutes from Hackney Central and London Fields stations. The centre was designed by a practising psychotherapist with an architect, so the rooms are genuinely quiet, private and comfortable.

Every room has its own intercom (clients buzz straight up rather than wandering the corridors), adjustable lighting, a desk and storage. Shared spaces include a client waiting room, toilets, cycle parking and a self-catering kitchen with free tea and coffee. There are talking-therapy rooms, four play therapy rooms with sand trays, and rooms set up for bodywork with proper hydraulic massage tables.

Hire is on a rolling monthly contract with one month’s notice – no long tie-ins. Rates start at £9 an hour on block bookings (ad hoc sessions from £15.50), with 20% off your first two months on five-hour blocks. The building is open 7am–10pm seven days a week, and ad hoc slots are booked through Skedda so you control your own schedule.
