Treatment Room to Rent at STRONG Pilates Brighton

Build your practice within the STRONG Pilates Brighton community. Our welcoming treatment room on London Road provides a professional base alongside a community focused on movement, strength and wellbeing.

We welcome enquiries from massage therapists, sports therapists, physiotherapists, beauty and holistic practitioners. Please tell us about your treatments so we can confirm that the space meets your needs.

OPENING AND AVAILABILITY
The treatment room opens on 19 October 2026. Viewings are available now. Days and hours are to be confirmed; please enquire with your preferred regular slots. Access is through the studio’s main reception.

PRICING
Introductory hire rate: £15 per hour, increasing to £20 per hour after six months. Please contact us to confirm the introductory-rate dates and your room-hire arrangements.

REGULAR ROOM HIRE
Regular hours are agreed in writing. Booked time includes preparation, treatment and cleaning. Agreed regular hours remain payable whether or not clients book or attend, including holidays and absences unless otherwise agreed in writing. Changes to regular hours require at least one calendar month’s written notice and written agreement, subject to availability. Either party may end the arrangement with at least one calendar month’s written notice; regular fees remain payable during that notice period.
