A warm, welcoming therapy room available to rent on Old Castle Road in Cathcart, Glasgow Southside.

I'm a practising counsellor and have created this space with therapeutic work in mind. It's where I see my own clients, and I'm looking to share it with fellow practitioners who would appreciate a comfortable, thoughtfully considered environment for their work.

The room combines traditional architectural features soft lighting and comfortable seating, creating a calm, relaxed atmosphere without feeling clinical.

The space includes two comfortable chairs for face-to-face sessions, a desk and office chair for online work (fibre broadband included) or admin, bookshelves, some storage space and a small sink. There is natural light and infrared heating. 

The room has its own entrance directly from the street, allowing clients to arrive discreetly at their appointment time.

Conveniently located just 4 minutes' walk from Cathcart train station, with regular bus services nearby on Clarkston Road and free on-street parking in the surrounding streets.

Suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists, supervisors and other talking therapy practitioners.

Room hire is based on regular weekly block bookings, offering practitioners a consistent time and space for their work. Additional ad hoc hours can be arranged for regular renters, subject to availability. Bookings operate on a monthly rolling basis, with one month's notice.

My hope is to create a welcoming, shared professional space where practitioners can feel settled and comfortable in their work.
