The Practice Rooms Hove

Situated in the heart of Hove, our centre is set within a period building on Church Road (opposite Tescos and the church). We offer 7 beautiful therapy rooms on highly flexible terms at competitive rates to suit both established therapists and those building their practice.

Our Philosophy

The vision behind The Practice Rooms is the desire to put psychotherapists, counsellors, complementary and holistic therapists where we believe we should be – in beautiful rooms in prime, visible locations in an environment that reflects the serious commitment we make hour after hour to the health and wellbeing of our clients. We support new practitioners with low start-up costs and a roving, open booking system for flexibility to build a client base; we also give established practitioners an affordable and secure place to work. We also believe that we thrive best when working as a community, however, we might choose to understand that. Getting to know and trust colleagues in an environment that nurtures mutually supportive relationships and offers clients the possibility of a multi-disciplinary approach to their issues has to be a positive force for all concerned.

Room Rates

Basic Membership (inclusive of 4 hrs per month) - £48.50pcm

Slot Membership:
3 - 9.5 hours per week - £8.60ph
10 - 14.5 hours per week - £7.74ph
15 - 19.5 hours per week - £6.88ph
20+ hours per week - £6.02ph

Weekend slots are £6.02ph regardless of the total number of slot hours per week

Additional weekday hours - £10.15ph

Additional weekend hours - £6.02ph

All memberships include a £7.50pcm admin fee.

Discounted rates for trainees, charities, and for all members at weekends.

Location:
We are located at 160-162 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2DL.
Accessibility:
All therapy rooms are situated on the first, second or third floor of the building.
Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.
Travel & Parking:
There is street parking in the area but some are for residential permit holders only. Please check the signs that indicate which bays are available for non-resident use. Payment is by meter via mobile or cash. Many have switched over to mobile only so it is good to be prepared. Parking costs £1 per hour with a maximum stay 2-4 hours.

There is also a multi-storey car park on Norton Road, near Hove Town Hall. This is a 5-minute walk from the centre in the direction of Brighton. Parking costs £1 per hour and payment again can be made by meter or mobile phone.

Finally, there is a large Tesco store opposite the centre. Parking is free for 30 minutes. To qualify for up to 2 hours free parking, drivers need to spend at least £5.
